The Commission and isinolaw Ltd. have entered into a long term agreement for collaborating on translating and uploading the Chinese copy into isinolaw.com. isinolaw Ltd. has been granted the exclusive right to translate the work into English and this is the only recognized version of the Commission. Apart from isinolaw Ltd., we hereby declare specifically that we have had no similar collaboration with any other organization.
